We will create an action plan that also takes into account your lifestyle and budget while prioritizing your personal health and healing.
Education is a key element to the process. We will focus on how food affects the body and mind, and work together to learn how to plan meals in advance and create new habits. Along with the education piece, I am here to gently hold you accountable while supporting and encouraging you as you move forward on this healing path.
Restoring Gut Health
This intensive program is designed to regulate your blood sugar, reduce inflammation, improve digestion, boost energy, burn fat, identify food sensitivities, and reduce food allergies. If you suffer from depression or anxiety, or are recovering from addiction, this program can be a nutritional supplement to your healing process. There is no room for cheating in this plan and it can be very challenging, but I will be here to support, encourage and motivate you along the way. Often times when we make a dietary and behavioral commitment, many emotions, fears, stresses and withdrawal symptoms can pop up. We will tackle these together. Services include: 4 weekly, in-person consults, 2 weekly phone check-ins, dietary recommendations specific to you, meal planning tips and recipes, goal setting, and supplement recommendations.
